Refund

T Nail Bar is a service business, so we don't offer any refunds on services. If there was an issue with your service, please let us know and we will be glad to fix it within the first 5 days.

 

Credit/Debit Card 

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There is a $3 fee for credit/debit card transactions.

Cancellation

We take our appointments very seriously in respect to our nail technicians' and our clients' time. Cancellations require at least 4-hour notice prior to your set appointment time to avoid fees. Failure to do so will result in $15 charged to the card that is on file. No Call No Show will result in $20 charged to the card that is on file. 

15 minute Late 

We are extremely firm on our 15 minute policy. On the 16th minute there will be a $15 fee. Also, your appointment could be given to another client and you will be considered as a "walk-in." (This mean, you’re no longer guaranteed a spot. If we can't get you in then your appointment will be considered as a cancellation, and cancellations that is not within the 4 hour is $15).

Gift Cards 

T Nail Bar gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
